ART PROJECTS

2000-2009: A Question of Faith: The Journey of Freetown. Collaborative work with artist Laurie Tuchel. An historical perspective and multi-faceted project to preserve and showcase the historical and cultural heritage of Freetown community (the first freed slave settlement on the island of Grand Bahama island)

2012-2013: Beneath the Hat. Collaborative work with artist Laurie Tuchel and photographer Lyndah Wells.An exploration of Bahamian culture through photographs and interviews of Bahamian women, through the metaphor of hats.

2000: All Things Bright and Beautiful. In collaboration with artist Claudette Dean, the project facilitated an art workshop for Lavender Roberts students of early childhood department at Sunland Lutheran School, ending with an exhibition at Miami Children’s Hospital in Miami, Florida. USA.
